A Rosé Champagne from the Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades, recognisable from the incredibly shiny (and suitably subtly pink for this variation) bottles with the pewter labels. The Rosé is made by blending sparkling white wine with still Pinot Noir wine. The brand is favoured by the likes of Jay Z, who featured a bottle of the Ace of Spades Gold in his music video for 'Show Me What You Got'. Brut Rosé is among the finest examples of the famous pink Champagne blend. Created by traditional, low-volume methods by a complex process called assemblage, this style features a unique blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with a touch of Chardonnay. The wine boasts a rich bouquet of red fruits, fresh and full-bodied on the palate and is lingering and complex in its finish.
